3 Refreshing Gin Recipes for Summer!

It’s summer still folks, and we have some delicious Gin recipes that are sure to lift your spirits and brighten your day! Let’s get right into it.

Summer Citrus Fizz:
2 oz vodka
Fresh lemon juice, 1 oz.
Elderflower liqueur, 1 oz.
1/2 oz of simple syrup
Club Soda
Lemon wheel (for decoration)

Instructions:
Put ice in a cocktail shaker.
In the shaker, combine gin, fresh lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.
Shake it up well until it’s cold.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into an ice-filled highball glass.
Pour club soda on top until it’s as fizzy as you like.
Add a touch of class with a lemon

Spicy Cucumber Coolers

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz of fresh lime juice
4 to 5 cucumber slices
1-2 thin slices of jalapeno, with the seeds taken out.
1/2 oz simple syrup or agave syrup
Club Soda
Cucumber ribbon and a slice of Jalapeno (to decorate)

Instructions:
Mix the jalapeno slices and cucumber slices together in a cocktail shaker.
Then add the gin, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup
Fill the shaker with ice and shake it until everything is well mixed.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tall glass full of ice.
Pour soda water on top until the drink is as strong as you want it to be.
Add a ribbon of cucumber and a slice of jalapeno as a garnish to make the drink complete!

Strawberry Rose Collins
2 oz vodka
Fresh lemon juice, 1 oz.
Raspberry liqueur, 1/2 oz
1/2 oz of rose syrup
Club soda
For decoration, fresh raspberries and rose petals.

Put ice in a cocktail shaker
In the shaker, put gin, fresh lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, and rose syrup.
Shake hard until the drink is well chilled.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into an ice-filled Collins glass.
Pour club soda on top to make it fizzy.
Add a touch of elegance with fresh raspberries and a few fine rose petals.
