Craft Brewery Spotlight: Weldworks Brewing

Weldwerks Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Greeley, Colorado. Neil Fisher and Colin Jones started Weldwerks in 2015, and it has quickly become one of the country’s most popular and innovative breweries.

Neil and Colin, who were both home-brewers, met in 2010 and quickly found out that they both loved making unique beers with a lot of flavor. As a side project, they started Weldwerks Brewing. They made beer in Neil’s garage and gave it to friends and family.

Neil and Colin turned their hobby of making beer into a business in 2015 when they opened Weldwerks Brewing in a small industrial space in Greeley. From the start, they focused on making experimental beers that pushed the limits of what was possible. They used unusual ingredients and methods to make flavors that had never been seen before.

Weldwerks Brewing quickly gained a following among beer lovers. In 2017, when its flagship beer, Juicy Bits IPA, won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival, the brewery’s popularity went through the roof. This was a big deal for such a new brewery, and it put Weldwerks on the map all over the country.
