Mai Tai Recipe To Die For

Recipe:
1 oz Flor de Cana 4 year rum
1 oz Orange Curacao
1 oz Orange Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Sour Mix (see below)
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Dark Rum Float
Sour Mix:
1 1/2 Egg Whites, Pasteurized
1 c Sugar
2 c Water
1 3/4 cups Lemon Juice, fresh
1 oz Lime juice, fresh
1 oz Orange Juice, fresh
Step One: In a large bow, whisk the egg white until frothy, stir in the sugar. Add water, lime juice, and orange juice and mix well. Store in refrigerator until needed.
Step Two: In a shaker, add ice and all other ingredients except rum. Shake until chilled.
Step Three: Our into a glass and top with dark rum!
