Shamrock Delight Mimosa Recipe

This Shamrock Delight Mimosa recipe is the perfect St Patrick’s Day drink! This drink is easy to make but will have your friends believing you’re a professional mixologist!

Here’s what you’ll need for 4 drinks:

• 8 oz of orange juice
• 2oz of vodka
• 8oz champagne
• 2oz of blue curacao 

How to make these mimosas to get the layered effect:

1. start by adding 2 oz of oj to each champagne flute
2. add .5oz of vodka to each champagne flute
3. add 2 oz of champagne to each champagne flute
4. quickly after adding the champagne, add .5 oz blue curacao gently into each flute (it’s best to pour the blue curacao down the sides by holding the flute at a slant)
