Boone’s Wine and Spirits just got a fresh supply of Basil Hayden® and we are super excited about it! The people have been clamoring for it and we’re happy to have a variety of batches on our shelves now. The legends down at BH have been artfully crafting Whiskey in true, classic Kentucky style for years and are now recognized across the country as one of the best in the business.

Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
The flagship bourbon has been a familiar face on our shelves for years- and it will remain a mainstay as long as we are able to get it! It is a beautiful golden brown colored bourbon that comes at a very reasonable price point. The aroma is charred oak and notes of vanilla and caramel, while the taste is charred oak complemented with sweet brown sugar and “a touch of black pepper, and dried fruit to round it out.”
Basil Hayden® Dark Rye
Now this one is a must-try. A masterpiece of two whiskies combined with port wine form this gorgeous, smooth, deep rich amber Rye. “Lingering dried fruit with a hint of sweetness and rye spice” make this a unique one to try- and perfect for the upcoming winter season.

“The latest permanent release from Basil Hayden® consists of an entirely new brown rice mashbill and a secondary finish in toasted barrels. The result is a bourbon with less spice, and deepened notes of sweet caramel with a bright, light mouthfeel.”

This awesome limited release only comes around once a year, and it is well worth the wait. The Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is artfully aged for a decade and features Bold Oak and caramel sweetness notes, with a Rye Spice finish. Definitely a classy option for the holiday season!
Basil Hayden® Red Wine Cask Finish
Get your hands on this very special release while you can! This blend takes the classic Bourbon and partially finishes it in California Red Wine Casks! The result is a toasted brown color with amber hues, and a distinct aroma of dried cherries and vanilla. This soothing whiskey finishes warm with a crisp and delicate mouthfeel, making it another must-try!
